The last time Crowley saw Bela, was in Hell. So he wasn't very amused to find her free in Chicago. The fact he's still pissed off from Castiel taking all the souls in Purgatory has made him want to re-assert his power.
Bela seems like the best place to start. He's content with constantly winding her up and assuring her that her soul belongs to him now.

He's decided to lie about the events surrounding their deal in finding Purgatory and has told Castiel that when he consumed the all the souls, the overload of evil corrupted him and he went dark-side.
Ultimately, he tells Cas that he killed Sam, Dean and Bobby. Castiel is not taking this well.
