This is the conclusion of the Onyx Court novels--at least for now, and I think it makes a pretty thorough conclusion. Even if swan_tower decides to do more novels in this universe, it seems like these four make a series and another thing would have to make another series. Each of

but books cannot be infinitely expanded to fit historical figures to my tastes.

Short stories, however, can. ;-) I will take your comment as encouragement to get off my butt and write the "Wee!Ada meets swan maiden and attempts to build wings of her own" short story that's been in my hindbrain since I read her letters. (Wee!Ada did in fact try to design wings with which to fly, though I don't think she ever built them. Also, she had a thing about faeries. History: constantly handing you perfect bits of weirdness on a platter.)
