I like your little advent calendars; they are very sweet.

I have heard "church night" as a label for gatherings involving married, het men who are drinking and getting away from their families for a while.

White crayons are useful on colored construction paper.

My experience with tupperware is that you always have a mismatch of lids and containers.

Did you make up your list of things to know when dating programmers? Or just find it somewhere.

I might be thinking of "Bible Study" then. These things always seem to have some religious bent.

With the tupperware, I keep doing bulk cooking and then share it with people. So all of my containers go away and are never seen again.

I made the list up :D It comes from personal experience.

I love your programmer dating list. :P

"What are white crayons used for, anyway?" Drawing on colored construction paper. duh.

I thought cherry stems demonstrated oral proficiency for cunnilingus and sucking icy pops was supposed to be blowjobs.

I have not seen it, and I wish to see pictures of this yellow stone stuff you are discussing.

The advent calendars may be the sweetest thing I have ever seen that wasn't done by my kids.

I didn't know that cherry stems were supposed to demonstrate ability to do cunnilingus. I guess it makes a lot more sense if you think about it that way. I still think the idea of tying someone's penis into a little knot like that is funny, though.

Search as I might, I didn't find any pictures of this beautiful yellowstone. It's from Utah, incidentally. The glow of candles gave the entire store a sort of under-the-sea kind of feel.

I'm glad you like the calendars :D

I have a piece of the yellow stone stuff somewhere. If I were to locate it before I saw you next, I could try to make it a point of showing it to you.

rkentspeth has a candle-thingy made of it, I think it's on her mantel.

I like your list.

White crayons are great for drawing things on white hard-boiled eggs before dipping said eggs in dye. The dye doesn't stick where the crayon is.

When I was writing that one I knew that people were going to have all kinds of happy answers :D I remember using white crayon to make cool little patterns on eggs when I was younger. I don't think I was ever very good at it - twitchy fingers you know.

Glad you like the list :3 I put it on my Fetlife.

can't respect you as a man? What does that even mean, anyway? I have a whole drawer full of things that could probably get someone to respect me as a man... :P
