Happy Birthday to the modern marching band. Yes, the concept of the modern marching band turns 100 today with the 100th anniversary of the block P, the first ever marching formation on a field that wasn't just a square. You can thank us later.
But seriously, pretty big celebration here. People making appearances this homecoming weekend include:
The Dali Lama
The Principle from Saved by the Bell
Adam and Jamie from Mythbusters
Neil Armstrong
15 other astronauts (at least one more walked on the moon)
And... well thats about all the really super famous people, but seriously, isn't the Dali Lama and Neil Armstrong more than enough. I mean seriously, one's the Dali lama, and to quote a bass drummer, the other one walked on the f'in moon. I mean think about that for a second. He walked on the f-in moon.
