For my birthday I asked my sister for the book "211 Things a Clever Girl Can do," by Bunty Cutler. (which I'm sure is a sudo name) This book has become my new favorite. It's witty, clever, handy, full of interesting information and down right silly at times. Gee, it kind of sounds like me. The book is a quirky little how to book for thing that, well, every clever girl should know how to do. Some of my favorites have been so far "Eighteen uses for a spare fishnet stocking", "How to deal with telemarketers" and "How to hide a file in a cake" I can't wait to learn how to Wolf whistle, make Turkish Delight, rescue a meal gone wrong, which sound a bit more useful. I've seen a few that I wish I could have read earlier. Like re-mortar a wall.(I tried to do this 2 weekends ago) or start a log fire, which took me 2 hours of trying before I actually accomplished it visiting my sister last year.
This book is the accompaniment for "211 Things a Clever Boy Can do" I think I'll purchase that next just for fun. Who knows what I could learn.
