I haven't logged on here in 64 weeks. I remember when I used to come here almost every day.
I think I'll just post some poems I've written here, since I really have nothing to say to this template at the moment.
Across My Window
The wind is blowing fiercly outside my window.
What it would be like to become one with that wind.
Flowing free, and to see all that it sees in its journey,
Divine indeed.
Almost like stepping into a new realm of perception,
seeing for what life really is, and not what it appears to be.
But the wind still crashes outside my window.
It seems so cold, and still.
And yet, it shapes, and directs, and flees all at once.
What a power indeed.
And this one is a personal favorite of mine... heh, that sounds kind of stuck up, seeing as how I wrote it, but whatever. I like it.
You Lied
I stood upon the high piller, the darkened chasm below me,
eyes ablaze with indigo and relentless fury.
You stood there and watched me.
You Lied.
I gazed into the clear ocean with the rough beneath me,
a world of possibility before me,
and turned a blind eye.
You stood there and watched me.
You Lied.
I was there, and nowhere. And everwhere.
Through the mirror I see you, and you see me.
You didnt stop me.
You Lied.
