I just measured the sun light from my south facing bedroom window, and got 33degrees of winter sunlight angle, so I was close :)

So, now I know what angle any solar panels I purchase, would need to be facing, for best winter sun power collection :D. And will have to remember to measure again for summer solstice, this summer.
