Having fun now adding google searches for: 'neighborhood electric vehicle'
I only know of three candidates at the moment: GEM, ZAP, and ZENN.
Like the GEM e2 for the low cost (est $7500)
Like the ZENN because they look nice and have good exterior and interior
Not a fan of the ZAP, as don't want a 3-wheeler.
Now, hopefully I might find some new ideas/prices/candidates by the generic searches for 'neighborhood electric vehicle'
