I am getting closer and closer to being "fully vested" in the pension program.
I am getting closer and closer to when I could retire and receive (social security + pension), and leave the fulltime workforce.
Even if I feel the emotional need to speak out during a meeting, or vent to a colleague, I need to try to rationally talk myself out of it.
The reward of speaking up or venting might be a short term immediate release, but doing so might hurt myself in the longer term.
