civilization - voting - candidates with STEM backgrounds, plz
I would like to see more candidates have STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) backgrounds, as leaders I can vote for.
I suspect having more STEM folks in government will help civilization, or at least the civilization I think I'd like to have, exist and grow.

Liked the quote. Feels related to my feels for making this LJ entry. Again, it is my hope the more our Leaders know anything about science and technology, because they have STEM backgrounds, the better it will be for our civilization.
