I got my new keyboard, I like it. For $4 its a pretty good deal. Has little buttons to do things like control volume and other stuff. I did that on my original keyboard using multiple keystrokes, but this is better. Its also nice and quiet. I also bought a 10' cable which is fantastic, better response time than a wireless keyboard and no batteries to fuck with. Also about $40 cheaper.

We went to Haley's last night, was fun. We played mafia past 3 am. I'm glad people like that game now. I also saw The Weatherman and Jarhead with Coop, who is now sick. Sorry coop, and thanks for not giving me your scary island diseases. The Weatherman was okay, it really did seem like an indy film. I kept thinking it was going to suddenly pick up, but it never did. Jarhead was much better, I really liked it. It was no BoB, but I felt like it gave me a much better feeling for the experience. Most of war is sitting around, they say, and that's what it was about. I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't seen it, but I'll just say that its...statistically accurate.
I am finally getting good at Day of Defeat. Its nice. I switched from the thompson to the BAR, decided that the thompson was just too damned innaccurate for me. If you want to be sure with it, you have to use at LEAST 10 rounds, because its that innaccurate and weak. Which is retarded, because in real life its not that innaccurate and way more powerful. The BAR is also not as accurate as I'm sure the real thing is, but at least I can get headshots at medium ranges. Its powerful enough, too that I can fire just 3 rounds if I know I'm hitting. It has 'only' a 20-round mag, which isnt bad at all really. food.
