 Lists.  I wonder if my life would run more smoothly with lists posted everywhere.  Reminders of what I should be getting done every day.  Because it feels like I'm just a titch scattered... that I could get so much more done if I just kept on track with it.

I have an important list going.  I think I'll start putting it here so I don't lose it. A list of things I need to talk to my therapist about.

1. How do I find out who I am.
2. How do I build and maintain boundaries?
3. How do I not become overwhelmed by all the choices and decisions and everpresent awareness of everything?
4. Talk about vulnerability.
