Thought
When it comes right down to it ... what's going to matter when the time comes from us to leave? Will it matter how well we did in school, how many friends we had, what we accomplished? Is there more to life than just living and dying? I hope so.
OK -- Prom is Saturday, and I'm excited. I'm going to look so snazzy in my purple bow-tie! School is going well. There is just a lot of work piling up here at the end, but I'll be alright. We had our basketball banquet last night, and it went well. Coach Hinton broke down a few times, which made me cry ... haha, I always cry. I just feel very blessed to have been able to play for him. I think he was treated very unfairly by Providence, but life isn't always fair I guess. After the banquet, I went to Heather's and helped her move stuff for her yard sale.
Derby was pretty fun. I went to Erin's house. They made a bunch of food and I PIGGED OUT ... but I'm back on the diet now haha. Still want to lose around 10 pounds and then I'll be done, done, done! Opened up a checking account the other day. Scary thoughts -- I'm growing up.
I've been polishing up my Toshinden skills for this Friday, haha. I also think I'm going out with Heather for her birthday. Should be fun. Alright, I guess that's it. Take care everyone!
