things have gotten crazy
Yesterday I got a call from Pat Kenney saying that someone named Mr. Brater at Thurston might want me as a student teacher. Today I met said Mr. Brater. Tomorrow, I start student teaching. The last two people to be assigned are the first SMACers to be in the classroom. Why couldn't I get a post-Labor Day starting school? I am freaking out!
Done:
*Cancelled myspace, these kids are not getting a single afternoon to myspace stalk me.
*Haircut, got some new bangs
*Brows done, something that I can feel better about.
*Brown heels bought and two outfits that I can wear with them
Not Done:
*Never learned how to wear make up
*Never got to search around for the perfect outfit
*Never got to mull over this for a week
*Never got to really look up Thurston's student population make up
*Never bought anything for lunch and I will now eat PB&J in a teachers' lounge
Must Do:
*Learn about ancient history as I will be an AP World History teacher
*Get my shit together!
*Get into the habit of leaving for school at 6:30 am
