Estate planning appointment for this morning was cancelled due to our lawyer being knocked unconscious while snowboarding yesterday. Rescheduled for Thursday. Wednesday morning we have an appointment with the appraiser for the refinance. I am approaching my limit for filling out forms and keeping appointments. This may have led to snippiness at southplains last night while trying to estimate life insurance premiums.
Mid-year career discussion with my boss today. Still employed. Jockeying for position for the next cycle is starting already. Note we have not yet released a beta for the current cycle. This is about average, and I suppose it is good to start thinking about the kind of work I want to do in the future, but still.
Work email is barely functional and my carpool didn't drive in today due to the snow, so I think I am going to kick off an install and treat myself to some extra non-work life now.
