Sometimes, just sometimes, a day comes along that's totally awesome-o, and Wednesday was one of those days. I was in Bristol along withcrazysteveturlygodjamie_anderson in the morning where we indulging in extensive tomfoolery in preparation for a job we've got promoting the worst piece of literature ever thought of by man: Wild Animus by Rich Shapero, as dreadful a piece of crap as anyone could ever hope to come across. In spite of it's ghastliness an excellent time was had by all. We got to basically hang out with a really fun bunch of street performers and acrobats from all over the country who were great fun, and arse about coming up with ways to bewilder the general public for £80 per day. Indeed we had such fun and made such good chums that we're going on holiday to Dublin, post-finals, to visit the team there, with whom we got on best. I secured my most ever poker winnings, shared a room with turlygod and generally had an ace time. The only blot on the day was the fact that I was going to be on the plane at the same time as Liverpool took on Juventus in the Champions League quarter-final 2nd leg in Turin. Aswe all know, however, the Reds were able to hold off the Italians without my powerful moral support and  are now set to humble the mighty Chelsea in the next round. Heads up for tickets mtzion.

It was so gratifying to spend a day doing what one wants to do for a living, and getting paid for it, and, above all, having a whale of a time doing it.
