Dear Friends...
Just a quick note to say how lovely you all are. Those of you who I never see anymore, because you currently reside abroad, such as Samanthapantha, raisingicarus, sitrep, tinyjudas and the cryptically titled andrewpugsley, are all sorely-missed, and the day cannot come soon enough for your return. Those of you who I see on a fairly regular basis, you presumably know who you are, are all ace and you make my occasionally drab world considerably more colourful. for that and many other things, I love you all.

p.p.s. although I think it's only fair that you write just how wonderful I am underneath, or no jelly and ice-cream at my party for you!
