They want my head on a platter! I'm being called a backstabber and a liar! The article has inflamed a wound so deep it has caused polarization unseen here in years.
The Flag supporters think I hate the Rebel flag. The Band alumni thinks I hate the band. No one seems to care that I myself quit marching band because of initiation rituals that terrified me. I am, and always will be, completely anti hazing, initiating, or rights of passage. You will never find any of it in my department.
Looks like I'll be moving again. Melanie is terrified. Erin is supportive.
I received a message today through the Moravian Church daily word...It strengthened my resolve.
Please pray for my support. I believe i have done so many good things here...I would like to continue.
