Disapointment is a bitch
I knew that this was a possibility, I had a really big feeling that this property was Too good to be true and I tried to guard against this and not get my hopes up but Damn it, I went and started to get attached.
The place I had posted about earlier has 3 other offers in for it, all over the listing price; this essentially puts me out of the running, bummer.
Well tomorrow I start up the process once again...but tonight the hard liquor comes out.
