Sometimes Something Happens
Ok, for those of you who know me... I'm not religious, I'm not overly superstitious, and I believe that fate is a small twisted guy with a bad sense of humour.
After the recent tyriade of events I was starting to think that Fate was enjoying trumping me at every move.... but last night something cool happened
LIGHTNING STORM
When I say Oh My God I felt like it was a lightning storm that had been crafted specifically for me. Its like fate turning around and saying "Yeah....life's been shit, and you're upset...so here have a toffee apple". I'm still :-S from everything thats been happening, but WOOO TOFFEE APPLE!
It was localised on the flat, with lightning striking the hospital, and few high rise flats in the area meaning all I had to do was go out and play in the rain to get a great look at the lightning. I saw over 50 lightning strikes while standing out there in the warm downpour, and I loved every moment of it. When I came back inside I could barely see, and barely hear......and Iain was highly amused I think from my excited expressions, but it was worth every moment. :)
So, thank you charged air particles for the light and sound display last night :)
(plus I watched Pirates of the Caribbean. Y'arrr!)
