Bad Week to Be a Character Actor

We've lost Paul Benedict and Robert Prosky. Total "Hey, It's That Guy!" actors, and pretty good ones at that.

Prosky is most famous as Sgt. Esterhaus' replacement on Hill Street Blues, but he was a pretty respected actor in regional theater. You probably best remember Benedict as Mr. Bentley from The Jeffersons, but let me tickle your synapses

Prosky was also in Mrs. Doubtfire. What wonderful, incredibly talented men.

Wow, I haven't seen that sketch since I was a kid! I didn't realize it was Paul until now. I'm sure going to miss him.
