There was a color coding done at the office once. It was because various people were throwing hissy fits over stupid issues. The interesting thing was the leaders, the dynamic ones were classed as orange. I was a green as I am a hopeless tree-hugger and a fixer. Blues were the 'save the world' types, prone to humanitarian gestures and gentleness. Those were the only colors.
You are dynamic so I am not surprised you go into the red tones. This is leadership quality.
It's also possible I had a low opinion of myself (i.e., I was answering honestly). Really, the choices were sorta limited, so maybe I got a little silly.
I found the questions restrictive, too. I also answered honestly.
Being dynamic is a good think. Stop kicking yourself. Far to many low grade morons are so much better at the task, if inappropriate. Morons always have to kick out at the smarter guys to make themselves look semi sentient.
