(no subject)
I start a super crappy job tomorrow. The sort that does no background checks and is hiring everyone who walks in the door (provided they can legally work in the US). $9/hr, 5AM - 1PM plus overtime, and a 27-minute commute. Shudder. So I'm still actively searching, and hoping for the Previously Mentioned Good Job. But at least we'll have some money. And if I have to stay at this for a while, it won't be too bad -- zero pressure, insurance (I don't know enough about that sort of thing to know if it's good insurance or not, but it's there), and once I get used to waking up so early (I've been getting up between 11 and noon, so this is like graveyard shift to me) it'll be nice to be off of work in the early afternoon -- plenty of time for Matinees and Job Searching.
