Nerd hat on!
My wish for Star Trek: Whenever I'm watching Star Trek: TNG, I can't help thinking it would be a much better show if Picard and Data just ditched everyone else* and flew around the galaxy together. Maybe in a Tardis. Now, apparently, Patrick Stewart would seem to agree.
My wish for Doctor Who: I will not be satisfied until there's a good, meaty return of the 1st Doctor. When I watched the end of the second series, I had a futile hope that the parallel universe Rose gets dumped in would have it's own Doctor, and it would be William Hartnell. In Torchwood, Cap'n Jack keeps referring to things changing in Earth's future, and I kind of hoped it would lead up to the 1st Doctor defending Earth from the Dalek invasion.** But somehow, someday, the 1st Doctor needs to show up again. Oh, and do you know who would be the perfect actor to play him?
*Worf could come too, I guess.
