I'd like to hear your recipe. This was my first experience with chimichurri, so I dunno if it's how its supposed to taste or not. I feel like it should be hotter.
But yeah, I used the TJ's soy chorizo. I may have left it in the pan for a bit long, cuz it was a tad dry, but I didn't know if that's just how it tasted. There were a lot of first-time variables here. :)
