I only recently found out that the guy from Rilo Kiley used to be on Salute Your Shorts. I am thus even more disappointed that their new album is no good (I'll take your word for it).

I feel bad for missing your birthday. It was in my calendar, and I still missed it because I was so busy planning and throwing my mom's 60th b-day party. Still, I send you hugs and love and I owe you better birthday wishes the next time I'm in Kansas.
