HULK UP!

Working out is frustrating for me. I start to lift a little bit, regain most of my strength I lost over the summer and then become too strong for the gym. Hahaha, yeah. It kind of blows because I'm in the process of training my friend Brian and he's only allowed to exercise in certain locations (he works for the University.) I have 15 yrs of experience under my belt when it comes to this stuff, and I know the only way I can become better physically, is to challenge myself. I've always had issues with this crap and I've even spoke to the guy in charge of all the IUP facilities.

"I'm sorry, but we don't have weights built for dinosaurs."

It's kind of funny when you think about it, but dumbells biomechanically can only go up to a certain level before they become dangerous. Bones can literally snap under the pressure of heavy poundage.

I guess I'm just made out of steel... lol.
