Did something to my knee at netball last night. I fell over without the assistance of anyone else. Wonderful. Did all the things you're supposed to do with the ice and the elevation and that seems to have produced no visible swelling whatsoever, so I guess that's a good thing. But it certainly hurts today and affects me a cautious and silly walk.
