Went to bed at 8:15pm and to sleep at 8:30pm with a little bit of hope that I'd sleep 10 hours and make up for the lack of it in past nights. Instead I woke up at 4:30am.
Oh well, at least I found out how quiet things are at the gym at 6am... and how much weight I've put on.
