Cruiz'n for a Bruiz'n
Life has hit a bit of a stagnancy. I visited a casino today with a friend. So many people there were clinging to the hope of roping in a fortune without realizing that fortunes were being amassed through their desperation. I decided I should contribute to the cause and laid out $40 in hopes of a better future. It failed. I finally had a chance to see the thrill of playing slot machines, though. I've never before really played the slots, but my friend insisted on playing more than $0.25, so I sat around and watched her put in $5. Surprisingly enough, she actually won some money and ended up with a $2 profit.
I had another thought for how I can spend free time instead of taking a trip to visit friends. I haven't been hiking/(insert outdoors event here) for a while, and I think it would be quite refreshing to spend a little time away from everyone with only my GBA to comfort me ;). Who knows, I might even leave that at home.
I've been put on antibiotics lately. Some bacteria thinks it has some grasp of dominance over my body. Well, it's about to wake up to a harsh reality. Everything inside me pays rent or faces the consequences.
