Maker City Faire

Volunteered with The Henry Ford and Maker Faire / Make Magazine (?) for Maker City Faire.

I didn't get a chance to walk through until today. I wish I could have sooner. Worked all day yesterday. I worked from 8 to 3:30 today. I was in front of the I-Max Theater directing traffic.

I got a little awestruck. I'm usually better about that. At one point I used to do body guard duty for the guests for Creation Convention.

Yesterday, Leo Laporte (I was a fan of The Screen Savers), was doing a spot. I couldn't help but stare. He waved at me. Today I saw Mark Frauenfelder, I was working the same spot. Kept staring again, wish I had a copy of us book to get signed.

Anyway, today I got to see the Life Sized Mouse Trap, and the Mentos and Coke Guys do their show. I also ran buy the Utilikilt booth. Would have loved to get one, but don't have the money yet.
