Well, for weird reasons I don't yet understand, JLP wasn't talking to the Intellivoice, and so the Intellivoice, well, wasn't talking. :-)
So now I have *two* Intellivoices plugged in, one to actually talk, and one to be my breakout board/card extender. Despite the crazy setup, World Series Major League Baseball, a bankswitched game, runs just fine on JLP. I'm pretty chuffed.
That leaves me with two things left to implement on JLP: Save game support, and upgraded tooling in the assembler to support creating new bankswitched games. Of course, then there's also the board design.... *bites nails*
