The Upside...
So my year lease is at last up after this month, and I have been kicking around ideas for what to do next in terms of a living situation. I think I may have accidentally stumbled onto an interested, and very unexpected option.
I would be living in a very small buddhist temple dedicated to the practice of the healing arts: Chinese medicine, acupuncture, myo-fascial bodywork, massage, etc. Now this is where things become interesting. I would be living in a tent on the roof, and paying next to nothing in rent. I would have a space to teach private yoga sessions in and some really awesome roomates. We will see, but negotiations begin on Thursday. It is a better arrangement than it sounds, and would involve me being in a much better place energetically.
I may have also found another new job running a myo-fascial clinic. Updates on this as they come.
