I'm back...
...I'm not convinced I know whether or not this is a good thing, but I thought I may as well get back to writing this thing!
No reason for it specifically - only wanted to see if I could get onto LJ from work using my new laptop!!
I've been given a promotion at work - as of Monday (1st Spetember), I will be an Associate Solicitor (as opposed to an assistant). The most exciting thing about this is the fact that as a "welcome aboard" gift from the directors of the firm, I have been given a laptop. What better way to waste time than to set it up during office hours and to see if the internet access I get with this is blocked (which it does not appear to be!!) Hurrah!!
Other than this, I've not been up to anything you don't already know about - that is, if you read lidbert 's blog. I'm not going to repeat here what has already been said!
I will make a concerted effort to write more often, however - even if there is nothing much to say!
