Old men with fans...
Hello all, How goes. Well I'm settled in here in Bei Jing and am doing great. Earlier today I saw three old men sitting around on stools with big fans talking to each other... I'm not sure why I felt a need to express this image but I really enjoyed see them release big laughs through craggy smiles and then become stern-faced a minute later as someone else begins to speak.
Haggling is fun here, so sad I can't do it in the U.S.
I Love to walk through the streets in the morning and earily afternoon and pass by all these stroe fronts and signs I don't understand. Seeing people soundsly sleeping on carts and benches. Bei Jing is a safe city, very little violent crime here. Hooray!
Saddly, for those who asked, Airsoft ain't so big here in Bei Jing. I'll keep an eye out but hope should be kept under the heel of a fascist regime.
I did go clubbing out here. That was fun. We went to a place called Club Look. They played hip-hop and had lasers and flashy bits. I resolved that when I hit the dance floor I wouldn't care if I made a fool out of myself. Appearently, I didn't do too bad. It was a good time, had just enough alcohol in my to get me... lightfooted?
Well It's time for me to go get some more of this great Bei Jing food... My stomach is still adjusting. I'll see you folks later.
