Seriously? That sucks. I didn't see any legal notices, but Big Brother probably already knows where I'm geographically located and didn't have to ask.

Either that or it was in small print when I registered.

The website is Hulu, which I think is linked to NBC, so if they've done something like that in the past... that kind of hostility to the internet is contagious.

Well, to hell with shilling for them then. I don't have any Americans paying attention to the 3 times a year I remember to put something on LiveJournal.

Besides, I've also heard that the internet routes around limitations and scarcity like it's damage. It's a funny world we're living in. Sometimes stuff is worth giving away and other times it's supposed to be worth money. It depends on who you ask and when.

I got it through Netflix just because there was a Rifftrax. I needed a tour guide to get interested in watching the film and it helped a great deal. No, more like a docent than a tour guide. Mike Nelson told me when to pay attention because Keanu was about to try to act, and fail, so I was at the ready.

When otherwise, I would have just enjoyed the reference to it in Hot Fuzz and never felt the need to look up the original.

Speaking of Hot Fuzz, if Rifftrax ever decides to do Bad Boys 2, that's the only way I'll watch their other touchstone reference in that film.

I have seen a lot of terrible movies because Rifftrax made it seem like a good idea.

I hardly ever comment either.

So it's hilarious that when I don't hear from people for awhile, I get all like "the Internet is DEAD to me!"
