(no subject)
I have my adolescent psychology exam in less than 6 hours, and here i am updating livejournal, whoopy. Things have been pretty hectic these past couple of weeks with exams and final grades and all that hoo ha. Hence why i'm rarely ever actually not away on aim anymore, and i apologize for that. i feel like i haven't talked to any of my friends in weeks now. Let's see if i can recap somewhat what has been going on here in my life. I've pretty much got a job(one more interview) at caribou cafe which i'm really excited about because A. it's a coffee shop B. it starts off paying between $7-$7.50 an hour C. the people who already work there seem really really nice. So on top of making money this summer i think i'm definitly going to have fun working there. I'll probably start there sometime next week and between now and then i'm hopefully going to come back to greenville for a few days to see family and friends. for those of you who i did not tell, i will be spending the summer in charlotte to work and go to school. So ill work as much as possible until around the beginning of july when ill be taking chemistry 2(i need to take it over the summer if i want to graduate in 4 years with a minor in chem). And other than that ive really just been stressing over exams. I had my chem one on thursday and while i feel i did well on it, i didn't take it and leave feeling as comfortable as i would have liked, but so it goes. I spent the majority of this weekend getting ready for my adolescent psych exam, which is the only other one i'm really worried about. It's 5 essays on completely random topics from the semester that i will have to write a page each on, fun shit. Then wednesday i have my russian and comparative psych finals which i'm not stressing in the least over because ive had a guaranteed A in both all semester. And that pretty much cover's academia.
Now for entertainment!
June 10= NIN concert at a venue which just so conveniently happens to reside 3 miles from my apartment(if that)
and the plethora of movies that will be released within the next month or so. I.E: MI3(which was pretty good), XMEN 3, Da vinci Code and pirates in july. Yes indeed this summer will be good for entertainment.
And that is really all i have to say about current goings on. I would like to add more but i think that i really do need to get to bed now. I hope everyone is doing well and i REALLY hope that i get to see you soon.
