Count your blessings
It was just one of those nights where you thank god you are alive.
My mom and bill were going to Philly to see a show. They got on the PA turnpike and ended up in traffic because of a horrible accident. They sat in traffic for 2 and a half hours, missing the show of course, just to be re-routed through downingtown which is where we live. But the thing is that the accident was not 2 miles from them, so if they had left 2 minutes before, they could have been in the accident. And also, there was another accident about 2 miles behind where they were stopped because someone didn't see that traffic was stopped and plowed into cars at 80mph, so if they had left 2 minutes after they left, they could have been in a different accident. So I guess it was good that they left when they did, a few minutes different and they could have been in serious trouble. They may have missed the show, but atleast they are alright...
