Ok so the other day i decided to surrender my dignity and finally appy for the wonderful world of part time employment, i guess i need the extra cash. So anyways, im wadering from shop to shop wondering wich one i should sell myself to..when i got to woolworths i was given an applictaion form (i really dont wanna bust my ass for them so im not going to fill it in anyways). after giving a quick read i dismissed it as a crappy job and started wondering what the funniest things i could fill in the application boxes would be..
eg
why do you think you would be a valuble employee?
becase im white
becuse im good to look at
the list goes on...
but enough about that, i noticed on the bottom of the leaflet a range of tick boxes asking you your race.. e.g white, asian etc
it was stated in brakets above that this was due to creating equality in employmeny or some shit like that..but has anyone acctually thought aboutwhat this means for a second and that if they wanted to promote equailty they wouldnt have put it there in the first place...so does this mean even if there are people alot better than you ud still get the job because you where african? yeah thats equal!
w0hat this country is "supposed" to be about is equality but also more importantly, if you are better qualified for the job then you GET THE JOB, its that simple. Who gives a shit if you are african, pakistani, asain whatever if you didnt get the job it will proabaly be becuse someone elese was more quilified than you where.
If the goverment comes out with figures saying more asains are unemployed then of course it MUST be becuse of racisism and has nothing to so with the fact that there where simply more quilified citizens of different races..All of you racial activists can shut the fuck up, you want equality? we have it now as far as the employment world goes so stop bitching that whites/blacks are taking your job, they are taking nothing...its just your so damn lazy and they are better at it than you are, so get off you ass and take some responablility for your own life you racist peices of shit.
