right, here's the idea, rather than use troops to take over other countries,
we just start moving boarders...
like every couple years we rebuild a station or five along the boarders, but re-build them 30 meters closer to the other country...
then like a year after that, have like a tour bus or the like crash into their shit, and when they rebuild it, accuse them of moving their boarder closer, forcing them to re-measure, and sure enough, they'll be too close and have to move their shit back...
lather, rinse, repeat...
