(no subject)
Well, its almost been a month since I updated...so, I better do it now. Today was fun...I got to sleep in until 9:45, which is when Sam Buckner called me at home. I told him that he made All County Band!! Woo Woo...Unfortunately, I had to tell Dobbs that he didn't... Boo Hoo! (Sorry Dobbs, I was pulling for you)
Anywho...after I got moving around today, I went to the Doctors office for my test results. My cholestrol is a little high (200 is the high end of normal, and I am a 208). So, I have to eat healthier for now. YUK! Oh well, then I went by PBHS to pick up my computer, so i could download some CDs to put on my iPod. Then, I went to Best Buy and Old Navy. ON was having some summer clothes on sale, so I got a whole bunch of stuff.
Then, I came home and watched some DVDs...so far, it was Elektra and Batman. I don't know what I am going to watch tonight, but I am taking it easy for now. Tomorrow and Sunday, I have to go to UM all day to work with my group. We are giving presentation this week and it is like 60% of our grade.
Lately, I have been blah. I apologize for that. I have been trying to figure alot of things out in my life, which seems to be impossible right now. But, I think that I have come to a better understanding of the way that things are supposed to be with me. I am okay with that. I wish that my life could be more of what I want it to be and not what others think that it should be. I know that i am missing out on alot of things in my life b/c of certain aspects, like my job, education, and family issues. I guess that I am like most everyone else...I WANT IT ALL...Happiness, love, romance...and the list could go on and on...
I talked to my sister today and she is going to come down for the weekend in early May. I can't wait. I should have alot of free time by then, so it should be good. I want to take her to Orlando for IOA.
Speaking of IOA, I want to go again in December with the Band. I think that we should start to do parades like that on a yearly basis...as like a reward for football season and fall semester...I really do think that our band could get alot better, in time. Next year FBA, I want an EXCELLENT, at least. If you are up to it, go for it and reach for the stars...
These people should think about trying out for state band next year: Girl, Megan, Jeffs, Julie, Vivy, Sam...State orchestraL AShlee, Emma, Dobbs, Brittany (cello). Work on scales ASAP and we will get you the prepared piece when possible.
