Thank you Julie for your great wake-up call. It totally made my day. My parents also sent me a singing valentine, so I got two great versions of "You are my Valentine" today.
This past weekend I had an awesome perspective named Paula. She's interested in a music degree (ed or church music) and in CC. I took her out to dinner Friday night and then we went to Vagina Monologues, which was excellent. Then we went to the Fasching Dance!!!!!! Woohoo for polka! Paula had her audition Saturday mornign and she played the piano beautifully. Then she came back to the and helped me and E-dekk make French toast. That was really interesting. I had my hands in eggs for a really long time. Saturday night was the concert competition concert with the orchestra. All the soloists were amazing. I'm glad Paula got to hear it. She was really cool and I'm pretty sure she's gonna come to Valpo. I'm looking forward to seeing her next year. Ok, time for more Beethoven.
