sweet aching...
hmm last week werent bad, pretty standard!
weekend was pretty shite - went to golides gathering on friday and there was liek no1 there, well crap! then work on saturday was lame cos my manager was in so i had to keep "on my feet". saturday night wasnt tooooo bad i went to another party type thing, but my paretns went away over saturday night so i came home to an empty house after work and stuff. had to make my own dinner!! when i got home at about 12/1 i had a nice beer on the sofa with my cat, lol went to bed.
sunday was bored, went to st. albans in the morning to buy a sweatband type thign to cover my ears (they keep getting battered) then sat aroudn for th rest of they day.
today i went to the gym as per usual and rugby, i am in muchos pain but i feel better for it, there were loads of us this week, about 14! chris birch is fucking well good at it!
anyhoo i need to go shower and sleepp
