10" Clarion sub with box. I'm being forced to find it a home or chuck it *cries*. 100 dollaz. Free installation. If for some reason it won't work then I'll take a sledge to it (seriously, it's like a tradition with my old subs).

would those alpines fit in my front speakers?

They'd fit but only after a lot of work. Component speakers are nice but they are a bitch to install. You have 6x9 holes in the doors, so the 6x9s I have would actually be decent in there if you have factory speakers now. That or get a couple 6 1/2's for better mid-range. If you're planning on a sub then you won't need FOUR 6x9s, as they are made for mid-low range.

You've got 6x9s in the back, so there's your mid-low. Sub would be low. 6 1/2s would be mid-high. Moving from the back of your car to the front you'd go from low to high, which is sweet for sound dynamics.

Components are awesome mid-high, but like I said a horrible experience to install. Totally a better idea to buy a nice new set and get those bastards to install them for you.

ill talk to you tonight about the components perhaps... i've got 6x9's for rear fill but they're waythefuck in the rear hatch which is so far away i dont even think purchasing better-than-stock would make a difference

glassing up my own a-pillar mounts for some tweets has piqued my interest, but it might be a total bitch...

after those hosebeasts at visions botched my install i've disassembled and reassembled my dash twice... ugh
