I'm so pissed off at t-mobile right now. They changed my service, have made me re-subscribe to t-zones, and now my email doesn't work on my cell phone. i never realized before how much i rely on that to stay sane

So you went to spots? It was an interesting place. My memory of it is kind of hazy and Tony tells me the atmosphere is completely different these days anyway.

It's gone down hill. it used to feel a lot more edgy. it seems like there is a lot more music there than there used to be. and there used to be too much.

When did you start going?

[and it was mostly music when I started. there were enough spoken regulars that we had started to run off the musicians. i don't know anything about it since May of 2004 though.]

i went a couple of times last winter then got tired of it. i decided to start doing it again recently, more to get better at reading than anything.

I wonder if I ran into you without knowing it. Probably did. I think I rarely missed it.

maybe. i'm tall, i read poetry and was really good and only went a couple of times.

So many people showed up only a couple times. I'm also -- I don't really like most poetry. Even if I can tell it is good, even stuff by a good poet. Very hit or miss.
