i just spent a week in jail. it wasn't so bad, really: kind of like boy scout camp but more fun and less anal sex... yeah
i figured that a week in jail was cheaper than spending a year jumping through hoops. besides: i had already lost my job trying to jump through said hoops and my landlord wants me out so it was more like a vacation than a punishment. we had monopoly, cards, cable television - nicer than my place, anyway.
anyways, i was one of the popular people in there (oh, the irony of it), i learned a lot, even picked up a nickname. all is well.
