Really, rain always makes me a tad nostalgic-- not for better times, I wouldn't say. But nostalgic nonetheless. That does keep it from seeming dreary, at least. Though this is a bit excessive. Not as bad as it could be, provided it dries up relatively soon. Then again with this City one never knows what madness
