Pimping out the comics!
Heed me, fellow Livejournalianites! thephoenixweeps discovered a source of awesome for all Canadians the other day and shared it with me, and now I am passing on the good word to you. You must all check out the comics by beatonna. She is a Canadian history major who makes comics about historical figures, many of whom were Canadian! Those of you who remember the Heritage Moment commercials we all knew and loved will instantly recognize many of the references in her strips and will be transported into nostalgia-land!
