Finally something to cheer about for our poor maligned Expos
"Major League Baseball is returning to The Score Television Network! The Score will broadcast nationally a minimum 25 games of Canada's National League representative.
Canadians will again have the opportunity to see their favourite National League teams like the San Francisco Giants, LA Dodgers, Atlanta Braves, Chicago Cubs and on and on!"
I hope that some games are televised at the same time as those damn Rogers Blue Jays games and we trounce them in the ratings! Then maybe some Canadian corporation will actually do something for Canadians, like get their grubby hands out of our pockets and buy the team. All we need is some half decent ownership and a nice little downtown stadium... this team would sell out! Montreal is a city with a lot of sports fans, they just need the Expos to be cool again. After all, look at what happened with the Alouettes after they moved next door! No offence to the CFL, but this is Major League Baseball in Montreal, that in itself is a big deal!
