Many of you will have seen this already on her own LJ, but for those that are unfortunate enough not to know her, my friend caffeine_fairy works at a charity called Sutton Mencap*, and they (along with quite a few other people I would hazard) have put together this video, which is just wonderful, and has put a much-needed smile on my face this morning.
